I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HubSpot (Boston, MA) in Sep 2017

I received an email from the recruiter to get a 30 min slot for a phone screening. I selected a date after 6-7 days. The interview was based on my resume. Interview
I was first contacted by HR, and had a phone screen. Then, I took a 3 hr test. The final round consisted of a video conference where I talked to two of the tech leads. Overall it was a great experience.

I applied online directly via a web form, after discovering HubSpot at a hackathon. The next day, I was sent an online coding challenge. There were 2 questions in the coding challenge. They weren't especially difficult, and I didn't come very close to breaking the time limit. The questions seemed like a great filter for lower-level candidates.
Next, I was brought in for an in-person interview. After a quick tour, I sat down with one employee, who asked some light, conversational interview questions. Then, he asked me to walk through some code in my Github. Finally, I was extended an offer for the next co-op term. The process was smooth and didn't waste anyone's time.
