I sat down with one person. Their questions were in the form of "describe a time you went through ...., and how did you respond?". I was 17 at the time and never had a job so I used experiences from school and extracurriculars.

Applied online at TJX careers, received a phone call with short phone interview, asked to come in for in person interview, was called and told I was hired and was sent emails with links to fill in my hiring information, went to orientation and then floor training.
