it was a fairly easy interview with very generic questions. Friendly managers and quick updates after you complete the interview. Typical questions like name a time you were in a difficult situation with a customer and how you resolved it.

The interview process was very casual and it was a mix of behavioural and situational customer-service based questions. For me personally, I only had one interview with the manager and then a few days later they gave me an offer.

Easy, comfortable and makes your answers feel valued. The questions asked are mostly situation based, rather than about yourself. Apart from that, they ask about availability and it lasts about 30 mins max.
