There’s the call and then they might ask for references, followed by a couple of simple questions that determine your abilities within the company. Once you get the interview in person your 90% the way through.

The interview was quite relaxed and casual. I was asked a series of typical questions about what I would do in certain situations and was also asked to describe certain situations I had been in. We then discussed scheduling and availability.
