Shortly after handing in my CV I got called to come in for an interview, took approximately 45 minutes. Included a multiple-choice retail aptitude test which was relatively easy, more common sense than anything. Interview was friendly and laid back.

Informal and very reflexed - felt really at ease and got a phone call near enough the next day.
Had a couple of opening sessions going over the framework of the company as well as going over training and paperwork.
