After scheduling the interview my references were contacted the next day and I had an offer letter two days after that, so I would say the entire process was very quick and efficient!

A lot of situational questions, and some that involve some type of previous experience. Even if you don't answer the exact thing they were looking for, they just tell you the "correct" answer.
