I sat in an office with the manager while they asked generic questions. After a few minutes they gave me an offer on the spot and I worked there for about 6 months.

The interview took place in a Hotel as new store opening. I thought that it went great, I was early and answered every question. We had good repor. I was told would get a call with a decision by later in the day. Never got a call, which is so disappointing and disrespectful. Ended up taking another job.
