It was a group interview. The process was more like a conversation. It started off with standard questions about availability, hours wanted to work per week, willingness to work overnight etc. Then it started out by asking hobbies, interests. Then they asked situational questions: have you had a bad experience with a coworker, have you had an experience where you were rated below your standard by a manager etc.

The process was pretty normal. I had an interview with a manager and they looked at my resume an asked me a few different questions about my work experience and hours.
