I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Hilti Group (Singapur)
Interview
The interview process were very thorough and competitive. They chose the top 6 out of hundreds of initial candidates. There were 7 stages in the entire application process: CV screening, Online numerical and reasoning test, Video self introduction, 1st round interview, 2nd round interview, Field ride and Assessment Center. By far, Hilti Assessment Center was the most exhaustive one I ever attended.

In the 10-hour Assessment Center, which is the final application stage, the candidates were involved in some activities, such as: (i) Group Discussion, (ii) Role Play, (iii) Case study + Presentation (20+ pages of case study) (iv) Individual Interview
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Hilti Group (Hongkong) in Sep 2020
Interview
The general manager is very friendly that he made assumption on candidate. I was ignored when I asked for proper feedback. Could't understand how the company won employer of choice award. Definitely not recommend to anyone.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hilti Group (Singapur) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied online and got an invitation to do the first analytical online test the next day. Upon submission, received another email to submit a video interview. The following day I was invited down fora face to face interview. The panel I faced was a business partner and a HR executive.
The standard interview process with self-introduction, basic questions and behavioural questions. Process took about an hour plus and was overall enjoyable. Really just a get to know you better session.
