Contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview with Program Director next day.
He called and asked some questions about technical and resume. It took about 30 mins and that's it. They made an offer.

Nothing. This is the first time I was hired after only phone interview.
I got an interview and Skype interview was scheduled for half hour for the role. The interview was fairly difficult but worth it. It was a good experience just like all others that I gave in the past.

Direct / Face to Face Interview. Selection and filter process was quite simple. Three rounds on Face to Face interview for Mechanical Design Engineer and this 30 minimum words description killing me.
