Question 1
how would you see yourself in the next two months once you are done with your internship?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fluentgrid (Visakhapatnam) in Jun 2023
Interview
During my internship at Fluentgrid Limited in Visakhapatnam, I had the opportunity to work on an incredible project that I am thrilled to share with you all! I worked on a project to create a centralized dashboard for the executive body. This dashboard provides a comprehensive understanding of data generated by multiple projects across organizations like HESCOM, MPPKVVCL, APEPDCL, APCPDCL, and CSEB. The project involved seamlessly integrating Any Time Payment Machines (ATP Machines) data, enabling convenient and comprehensive analysis of power bill payments and overall project success.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fluentgrid in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process went for 3 rounds. 1. Initial round is about the work experience and some basic questions. 2. Second round took in next few days and asked about the Solution Architecture related questions. Also asked about the domain which worked and what kind of challenging things I dealt with. 3. Third round took almost a month to conduct and even the feedback is delayed. 4. Finally after 2 months of interview process the HR inquired about the CTC and mentioned the same will have to go for approval. This is it .. No feedback and mentions the approval is not yet received even though the CTC which quoted is a normal standard package for the experience which I had. Even the HR didn't said the CTC is most likely which we can offer to and no issues at all. Advice to the management: We know there are financial ups and downs, the global recession or economic impacts. But when you intent to review a candidate, if he is not upto the mark, then straight away reject him and give the feedback. If there are budget constraints, then can very well negotiate. If the approval processis genuinely taking months of time, then I think it is a serious issue and can imagine the future in the company. For candidates who are looking for an opportunity, beaware that your concerns might not be heard or simply ignored.
