I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online via LinkedIn. Their recruiter contact me after 6-7 days and scheduled phone call. It was surprising as recruiter asked somewhat technical questions (like most challenging project, complicated bug etc). Then another phone technical phone screen was scheduled with their hiring manager.
After that, onsite interviews were scheduled. There were almost 7 interview (4 technical, 3 behavioural type with Director, VP, and hiring manger).
Technical questions were deep dive into algorithms, data structures, 2 white boarding programs, and architecture design).
Overall, I believe it was almost same as other tech companies in SF area. Team seems to me smart, asked good questions

Question 1
As per NDA, I can't mention all the questions. But most questions were related to graph theory, tree traversals, recursion, design patterns, string manipulations.
First their recruiter contacted me. Then forgot to contact me back for almost 2 weeks. So I emailed her to follow-up. She scheduled a call with the Director, which went very well. So of course I expected an onsite soon after. But I didn't hear back for another 2 weeks ! I finally messaged her and then things moved quickly again for 2 more rounds of onsite. Then again nothing since. I have message them once already asking if they could at least tell me their decision.
Even if your decision is negative, at least have the respect for your candidates to let them know in a timely manner.
The onsite was weird. They didn't even give me chance to eat my lunch. So I am sampling bits of food, while the interviewer is asking me to code on the whiteboard ! At least give me sometime to finish my lunch. Or don't say that you are going to serve lunch.
Overall I think docusign needs to have more respect for it's interviewee candidates.

simple questions. some graph traversal, some recursion, some async programming. Can't give out the actual questions (unethical).
Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you had a negative experience. It is our aim to always treat candidates respectfully. We will pass on your comments to the head of recruiting. Hope you found a terrific job.
