After the online application and psychometric test, I had a short phone interview with HR discussing relevant experience and qualifications, this was followed by an assessment centre via Zoom, due to COVID. The Assessment centre consisted of a short case study in a team to see how you work with others. Then a short 1-on-1 interview, which was mainly behavioural questions.
Following the Assessment Centre, was a Case Study Interview, which you work through a few questions on a case, and discuss this with the manager of the team you are applying for (they were accommodating and laidback).
After was the Partner/Director interview, which was also pretty laidback, they mainly asked questions about your motivation and interest and a few behavioural questions. Overall, I found the interview process a positive experience.
