Placed through college in campus placement drive. They selected 19 people out of 300 applicants.The stereotype selection process starting with a written test evaluating the analytic, communicative and interpersonal skills. Then a group discussion ranging across wide variety of topics.A technical round with a technical recruiter and then a Behavioral Interview with the HR.

I have cleared two rounds of technical interview. HR called me and talked about my salary. But i didnt get any offer. too bad. I was again and again getting call from capgemini again for the interview. They are not maintaining some records forthe selected people. Too worst experience. Dont go and attend interview in capgemini and dont waste your time.

They call people in bulk and it was like fish market and they didn't have rooms also to conduct interview so they made candidates sit at the desk and asked 2 to 3 questions for formality and would send them home,it was like complete time pass they were doing.Interviewers were so dumb and didn't know what to ask.
