Interview
First round interview, 1 hour by telephone. Many detailed questions regarding previous experience. To arrange the interview time slot, I was asked to give two weeks availability, and only received a confirmed time slot about five days later, less than a full day before the scheduled interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to solve a complex client problem. How did you analyse the situation, what was your role, how did you know that the results of your analysis were valid, and what were the results.
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
