I have casually talked to employees at the company before applying. Most of them were very friendly and helpful, they also encouraged me to apply saying that I will be a great fit. Applied online and then never heard back about anything for more than 2 months as of now.

Online application portal was very straightforward, only CV is required.
It was proffessional and good. First there was a call with hr specialit. Then technical assignement and as a third step there was technical interview. All procedure took about 2-3 weeks.
