Multi-stage interview process focussing on subject matter expertise and role-appropriate competencies. Different levels focused on different aspects of the role. All interviewers were courteous and came across as knowledgeable about their respective subjects.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Kraków)

Process was ok and fast. But they offered me 50% less what I asked for. No communication or confirmation during the process. Was a waste of time. And negotiation was not there.
Process was well organized and seamless. The team followed through very well. All rounds for interview were well coordinated. Provided enough information of job profile and work culture. Technical panel and Hr rounds were all conducted within 3 weeks and feedback shared promptly.
