ByteDance PM interview questions

Recruiter reached out via LI, had 5 Interviews with a range of employees/managers. Total process took about 5 weeks (mostly due to schedule challenges, I was EST and team was mostly in China, 12-13 hour time difference) Most interviewers were Chinese with English as a second language - this was a bit of a challenge and requires some patience and awareness of expressions to indicate if they are following or not. Avoid using "jargon" and keep it communication simple to avoid misunderstandings. Questions were very specific to my field/niche and solving problems within that space.

7 rounds of interviews with direct manager, department head , HR and Cross functional team. Questions are quite broad and focus on what can I value add to the company
