Interview
5 steps but relatively easy process. Super clear process that's communicated from the 1st interview with the HR. Gets technical from the 2nd interview.
Overall very pleasant and case study was only oral and not written or presented. The HR was knowledgeable about the company and culture and introduced the interviewers before the interview.

Recruiter reached out via LI, had 5 Interviews with a range of employees/managers. Total process took about 5 weeks (mostly due to schedule challenges, I was EST and team was mostly in China, 12-13 hour time difference) Most interviewers were Chinese with English as a second language - this was a bit of a challenge and requires some patience and awareness of expressions to indicate if they are following or not. Avoid using "jargon" and keep it communication simple to avoid misunderstandings. Questions were very specific to my field/niche and solving problems within that space.
