Interview
Really intense company. Really intense interview. First round interview consisted of two back-to-back case interviews with two different people, both holding at least an MBA. It was exciting though, doing case interviews with really smart and seasoned professionals. Definitely be prepared to do some calculations (bring paper and pencil, of course).

Question 1
Asked to analyze a business case where a large manufacturer of packaging products used to face minor competition, but more recently faces new entrants and increased competition. Asked to think about why this might be the case.
3x case interviews, interviewee led, questions about experience and relevant background, always dig deeper to understand details eg on leadership experience. Cases vary all the time, need to ne ready for anything. Thinking js rewarded
Case interview about merger and acquisition
Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure
