The interview process consisted of a tech chat with a software engineer in the first round, then you do a live technical interview with two engineers. This interview consists of leetcode style questions.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Nov 2023
Interview
1) 20min phone screen discussing one of my projects in depth and which technologies I used.
2) First Round Technical interview: Leetcode Easy. Instructions were given verbally, examples were typed out. Hardest part was understanding the question requirements.

The interview process went smoothly over four rounds. However, the hiring decision took almost two months post-final round, with recruiters becoming unresponsive. Despite positive interviews, I was rejected without explanation. The delays and lack of communication were inexcusable. While I appreciated the interview conversations, the drawn-out hiring process was the worst I've ever experienced.
