Interview
The process was quite lengthy. I was contacted by a recruiter, via LinkedIn. After a screening with him, there was an additional screening with the hiring manager, followed by a Skype Panel meeting, and a formal on-site interview with stakeholders, the hiring manager, and the site manager. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. I was quickly reimbursed for my expenses related to the on-site interview as well. The only time I felt the interview was "formal" was during the panel interview with stakeholders at the site. I was asked behavioral questions, as well as skill specific questions, and multi-part questions. Overall, I felt very comfortable throughout the process.

Contacted by recruiter to schedule an HR interview by phone. Following week, coordinated in person interview and they brought me to Berlin for interview on transfer pricing. Met with 2 Team Leads. Went into knowledge of SAP, Transfer Pricing and software knowledge.
