An online application form followed by an online video interview process. Which if successful would later lead to a group application day. The online interview consisted of a video asking a question, then giving you a minute to prepare and then 30seconds to a minute to answer the question. I had 7 questions. This interview was for various locations around the UK.

Assessment day centre which was fun and relaxed and then a 1.5 hour interview. The assessment day was split into two parts and wasn't too challenging they just want to listen to your perspectives and knowledge.
