The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Apple (Irving, TX)
Interview
Virtual interview process. Easy program to set up, nice to see face to face in comfort of your own home and surroundings. The recruiter and hiring managers were all pleasant and easy to talk too.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Apple (Atlantic City, NJ) in Jan 2012
Interview
Very lengthy, yet thorough. If it is the company you really want to work for be patient and persistent. Interviewed with several layers from recruiters to store leadership to district and regional leadership.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The typical behavior-based questions that are found in most retail management interviews.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Apple (Florenz) in Feb 2015
Interview
My very long interview Process for an Apple Leadership Position is definitely my worst hiring experience in my entire lifetime.
I am an experienced Store Manager and i would have never expected that treatment, mostly after travelling 3 times from South of Italy to Tuscany, spending money that they did never refund me although i had several times a promise that they will do it.
5 interviews. Two by phones. Three in 1:1 situation.
The last one ( i supposed the easier and calmer one) was an awful situation causing the clear aggressivity and language poorness ( italian and english) by the "main" interviewer. Yep, the main.
There were other two interviewers ( ladies) in the room that have not been able to say a word. Tremendous for me and them.
After a 6 months process long, no returning feeback at all. This sounds so ridicolous to me.
Shame on you Apple. But i am sure that the real problem is dealing with ITALIAN Apple leaders. They are ruining a company because they are "italianizing" the entire Apple here.
I will embrace for sure their retail project because my real intention in life is to join Apple team but i will do it outside Italy for sure.
