Poor- the communication from HR felt like you were speaking with a robot despite it being a role within head office. Very slow to get any feedback and almost impossible to get hold of HR
Four 1 hour interviews with behavioral questions and one case to design a groceries app and define the adequate design system. Behavioral questions were focused on leadership principals and interviewers asked follow up questions.
