I applied through their careers page and was contacted by a recruiter at Accenture. He interviewed me for about 20 minutes over the telephone and we talked about why I was applying, my past experiences, and if I knew anything about the company. After 2 days, I was interviewed over the telephone about behavioral and situational decision making questions with their HR manager. She gave the thumbs up and I was technically interviewed by another manager. After the green light, he scheduled me for yet another technical interview with one of their clients. I talked to a panel of interviewers about SQL, Unix, and Java with some projects that I've done. There was a final face to face with one of their managers just to see if you are a good fit for their company. Following day, recruiter got back to me with the good news!
