The process was really simple. First, I Submitted my CV online and a week later was contacted by phone (HR department) to schedule an interview in Accenture headquarters in Lisbon (5min). I had to pay all the trip expenses. During the process, i did only one short and simple interview with a senior programmer. He was a very cool guy and let me do the talking. We talked about personal life, projects developed in faculty and attended classes. He also asked about availability to work in other European countries and Africa. (30min) They called 2 weeks later and proposed an work experience in a client for 2 months in Lisbon. After this period i was offered a long time contract to work in the same project.
