ADP Outside Sales Representative interview questions

Preliminary phone call with recruiter was largely informational. Mainly just to see if the position is right for you, as well as your ability to carry on a conversation. This led to an hour long interview with small business sales manager and regional manager.

The interview process was very quick. Started with a 15 minute phone interview. After that it goes to two video interviews, the first with the VP of sales and the second with the managers. Overall fairly simple and quick with the interviews.
