I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (El Paso, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
The hiring and interview process was fairly straight forward. They asked general STAR interview questions, and were friendly. They did have a phone interview and an in person interview. Honestly the phone interview was not that important.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Chandler, AZ) in Jan 2017
Interview
The information about the position presented by the recruiter was incorrect - many promises made and not delivered on. Training was lengthy but not well coordinated and conducted by trainers who have never done the job and couldn't answer any questions outside of the script. Lengthy background checks and conducted by a team in India.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Submitted the application through their career site along with a cover letter and a resume. The whole process from applying to offer letter took what felt like a long time. I can't quite remember but I believe it was at least 2-2.5 months. Interviewing staff was very nice and seemed enthusiastic about me joining the team. The offer and benefits are great and it seems like a nice office to work for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask a lot of STAR questions. One was "Describe a time when you worked with a team and what the outcome was."
