ADP Account Manager interview questions

First, I was chosen for a phone interview in which I was notified about 1 week after applying online for the job position, after about 1 more week I was contacted to set up a face to face interview.

Over the phone, pleasant formal conversation. Information covered past experiences within customer service, what if scenarios, basic background information. The general tone was very friendly and almost conversational-like. In other words, it almost does not feel like an interview.
