3M Intern interview questions

Have an one hour interview during their campus visit, one on one interview. Then a 30min phone interview with several people. They will introduce the company to you. Talk about projects with them. They will ask questions about your projects, and open questions about their projects.

I talked to an employee briefly at a career fair at my university. This was followed by an in-person interview on campus. I was told I would be notified in a few weeks and sure enough, I received a call indicating that I was accepted for the position about 4-5 weeks later.
