3M Intern interview questions

This first "interview" was after a job fair at my university and after this step they ask you to make sure you have filled out the application form. Then they say they will notify you within 3 months from that date.

There were two rounds of interviews and then I received an offer. The first interview was with a recruiter who asked general background. The second interview occurred over the phone with the hiring manager, and the manager asked various behavioral questions.
